Kids are connecting more and more to the virtual world and are losing their valuable connection to the natural world where they draw inspiration from, awaken their creativity and test their limits freely. Yoga is a wonderful form of a healing art that kids can practice to teach them about the natural world, their own true nature and how to connect within, in order to find strength, stability and peace. Yoga will help to empower your child by giving them tools to use that help them better cope and manage their feelings as they go through life’s ups and downs. Teaching children how to be aware of their feelings as challenges arise, and how to express their feelings in a positive way will help them build their self esteem, as they learn to see themselves as capable beings with so much goodness to offer to others and the world around them. In each session, your child will learn various yoga poses, breath work and relaxation techniques that they can take home to practice whenever they like.
